accommodating front deskfaulty key cardconfusing shower
the front desk was accommodating enough it was acceptable.
the air conditioner barely cooled the room the door key card was faulty plus i found the shower confusing i was guessing if i would get hot or cold water each time i turned it on they did not allow bringing dried fish inside even vacuum sealed i had to repack my stuff in the lobby it was awkward.

the breakfast buffet included a good variety of options. i found the staff helpful when i needed assistance with laundry services. it was easy to arrange for them to collect my clothes and return them the next day. the hotel's location provided convenient access to a large shopping center nearby.
the water pressure in the shower was weak. adjusting the water temperature was also difficult. the air conditioning in my initially booked room did not function well. the unit was positioned directly above the bed.
